TPC President and/or Executive Committee - address the request to remove password protection on portions of the website... Presentations, Newsletters, Photography links & resources, Gear recommendations, and Bylaws policies & procedures.
Team - develop a conceptual plan including menu structure, sample content and additional requirements
Team - hire an experienced web developer to assist in the determination of the best platform/theme, limitations of suggested platform/theme, additional tools required and cost options for further consideration
Team - prepare concept & budget for review
Team - present to TPC President and/or Executive Committee for concept & budget approval
Team - enlist necessary resources to execute the project
Team - create the new website - content, graphics, menu structure, slider photos, etc.
Team - present to TPC President and/or Executive Committee for final review & approval to launch
TPC President - communicate new website address to membership
